Pasifik Medikal was founded in 2004 to provide reliable and innovative solutions to the healthcare industry. Our company, which has gained a strong position in the industry with years of experience in orthopedic implants and medical products, continues its journey with the principles of quality and trust.
Founded in 2018, our sister company, Aksis Precision Casting, specializes in metal casting as a solution partner for Pasifik Medikal. Today, we add value to the defense, automotive, medical, and industrial sectors by casting parts up to 10 kg and 50 cm in size in the desired alloys and to precise dimensions.
Since 2023, we have expanded our service network by expanding our business partnerships across various sectors. Thus, we continue to offer stronger, more innovative, and more reliable solutions both in Türkiye and globally.

Production
We carry out the entire production process in-house, from the design of the part to the packaging of the product, and we subject each product to the necessary tests and meticulous quality control.

Investment casting is carried out by coating the wax model with ceramic, removing the model from the mold at high temperature, and pouring molten metal into this mold.
This technique enables the production of small-sized, complex-geometry and difficult-to-cast parts with high precision.
Many metals such as steel alloys, aluminum, stainless steel can be produced with excellent quality by investment casting.
